901 PEARL STREET - Boulder, Colorado
This is a Mixed Occupancy building is at the corner of 9th and Pearl Street 2 blocks down from the historic pedestrian mall in downtown Boulder. The building was designed to house a new restaurant on the first floor for a prominent Boulder restaurateur along with new retail space, continuing the rich texture of the Boulder shopping district. The upper two levels were then partitioned into 5 residential condominiums, all with spectacular views of the Flatirons mountain range to the West. Below are links to some of the individual tenant finishes in the project, most of which were designed in concert with the shell architecture. Christopher collaborated with Bray Architecture, Inc. on this project, assisting with the design and construction documentation for the project.
