This was built for one of the other penthouse residences as potential guest house, or rental apartment. Although it is a relatively small unit, and challenged by a shotgun plan, the distinctive linear stepping stone skylight design provide spectacular illumination and a since of order to the plan culminating in a view of the majestic Flatirons.
