This project consisted of 3 production model homes, with 2 different elevation styles located in the mountains just outside of the Park City Area. The homes range in size from 1,885 to 2,500 sf. Essentially these were custom style homes on a smaller, more intimate scale for family retreats near the wilderness. Of distinction, the Bridger home, pictured above, was awarded the prestigious Gold Nugget Award from the Pacific Cost Builders Conference for “Home of the Year” in 2008. Christopher was employed at DTJ Design, Inc. when collaborating on this project, and assisted with the design and construction documentation for the project.
