THE LEDGES - Boulder, Colorado
This is a student housing project on “The Hill“ adjacent to the University of Colorado campus. The project began with the demolition of 70% of an existing dilapidated fraternity house, and then added back on to create a new 3 story, 11 unit, apartment building. Each of the apartments has 3-4 separate bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom. The building is given its distinctive horizontal look with the addition of custom steel railings at the new outdoor balconies.
